  • Audit employee policies, onboarding and orientation packets, and personnel files to ensure everything is compliant, complete, and up to date. $400, plus $20 per employee for the first audit. Subsequent audits are $150 plus $20 per employee.

  • A custom employee handbook, appropriate to the size and type of business, aligned with your values. $400 for businesses with 15 or fewer employees. Additional employees will require a custom quote.

  • Help you write a professional progressive discipline document in line with your policies and procedures. Script, risk assessment and HR Therapy included. $70

  • Call before you fire someone. Ensure your decision is well thought out, intentional, appropriate, compliant, and well documented. Script, risk assessment, and HR Therapy included. $90

  • Are they an independent contractor or an employee? Are they exempt from overtime or not? $50

  • All the necessary new hire forms required for your business records $100. (Does not include handbook or welcome packet)

  • Thoughtfully designed welcome packet for your employee’s records. Set them up for success, and start your relationship on the right foot $100 (does not include handbook or new hire forms)

  • We’ll work together to craft a list of questions to ask your exiting employees. I’ll email them a survey and call to follow up. You get regular reports and action steps tailored to your business. Use this service as needed or automate. $30 per employee, discounts apply for 10+ interviews per month.
